Terms & Conditions
1. Placing an order for every customer.➜ Please make sure that your order is 100% final before you submit our order form.
➜ Automated order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email once the form is completed.
ㅤㅤ▸ All orders are considered FINAL once the form is submitted.
ㅤㅤ▸ All informations are strictly confidential. Your personal data is safe with us and will only be used for all order-related concerns2. Payments➜ All payments should be made on or before the given date and time of deadline. We require full payment of items, unless stated otherwise
➜ Late payment fee is ₱30.00 per day, up to 5 days. After the 5th day, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be required to pay for the cancellation fee which is 60% of the total amount.
➜ Failure to pay within the given time will result to getting the customer’s account banned from ordering on Seraphic Studios and will be posted as a BOGUS BUYER.
➜ For items that requires the payment once the item is on hand, balance must be settled within 3 days from its arrival, failure to pay within the given time will result to cancellation of order3. Delivery➜ Items will be packed safely according to their chosen packaging. Items will also be checked carefully before packing to ensure that items are in good condition before packing.
➜ Modes of Delivery:
ㅤㅤ▸ Same day delivery is allowed as per customer's request. Preferred couriers are Lalamove, Toktok, and GrabXpress. Customers are the one who will pay for the same day delivery fee.
ㅤㅤ▸ Onhand Items can be shipped through Direct Couriers such as J&T and Flash Xpress
ㅤㅤ▸ Shopee Checkout via J&T is also available but please take note of all the risk.
ㅤㅤㅤi. The shop will not be liable for any loss or damage of the parcel.
ㅤㅤㅤii. The shop will not refund or exchange any items in case the item/s doesn't arrive to you.
ㅤㅤㅤiii. Once the the Shopee courier picked up the parcel from us, we will not be liable for your items anymore.
ㅤㅤㅤiv. Shopee checkout fees will vary from ₱10-₱30 depending on the weight and size of your items.
ㅤㅤ▸ All shipping costs will be shouldered by the customers.
ㅤㅤ▸ Our shop will not be responsible for order damage during delivery, international and/or local.
ㅤㅤ▸ Local shipping of orders can be done the day after you have paid (pay now ship tomorrow).4. Return and Exchangeㅤㅤ▸ We will require a full unboxing video to entertain any request for return and exchange.
ㅤㅤ▸ No unboxing video means that we will not allow any return and exchange of the items.
ㅤㅤ▸ We will only accept request for return and exchange if it is due to incorrect item/s delivered.
ㅤㅤ▸ We will not accept request if it is due to manufacturing defects, for sealed items.5. Cancellationㅤㅤ▸ Cancellation fee is 60% of the total amount of ordered items (this only applies to cancellation request made prior to the deadline of payments).
